Affordable Business Casual Spring Wardrobe
I created this business casual capsule wardrobe using spring 2025 colors. They are meant to be stylish, comfortable, and affordable.
The whole wardrobe is around $268, depending on the size of the clothing you buy.

What exactly is business casual?
It’s one of the broadest styles in men’s fashion, with no strict definition. What’s considered business casual often depends on your industry. For example, tech can be totally different than banking.
As a general rule, business casual is about dressing down full business attire, not dressing up your casual cloth. However, since I opted for chinos instead of formal dress pants, it’s harder to dress them up into a full business look.
To keep this functional for everyone, you’ll find outfits that are the textbook definition of business casual. These ones are easy to dress down with white leather sneakers. However, since I opted for chinos instead of formal dress pants, it’s harder to dress them up into a full business look.
I included just one pair of shoes, but since the outfits are built around dress shirts and chinos, you can easily swap the loafers for white leather sneakers—if your office allows it.
All of these pieces are curated from Amazon, and you’ll find links to each item in this post. Most aren’t name brands (except for the pants), but they have great reviews, and the shirts are made from 62% cotton.
Now, let’s talk about the outfits.
Outfits 2 & 5

For this look, I went with the closest color I could find to Finch Blue for the shirt. If you’re fully embracing spring, go for the khaki pants; otherwise, the navy ones are a great choice. The dress shirt and chinos are formal enough for you to change the loafers for white leather sneakers and still have a business casual outfit.

Here’s why pants are the most expensive pieces in this wardrobe—you need quality chinos that pair well with all these shirts. Green is one of the most iconic spring colors, and this year, shades with yellow undertones are trending. This outfit also works great with white leather sneakers or brown boots.

Outfit 4

This time, we’re giving the navy pants a break. Ultramarine blue is trending this spring, but to fully embrace the season, we’re sticking with khaki pants.

We’re fully embracing spring with this one, featuring a soft pink dress shirt. If you want a more relaxed feel, you can swap in white leather sneakers.

Final Words
Even though this wardrobe was designed for spring with a business casual focus, it’s surprisingly versatile. You can style some of these shirts with jeans or even shorts for a more casual look. The chinos also pair well with polos or a classic white tee.
